Privacy, in plain language

What we store

Your interview answers, drafts, and finished eulogy are saved to your NancyWell account so you can stop and resume at any time. They are stored encrypted, and they are visible only to you, signed in to your own account. No other user, no search engine, and no public page can ever see them.

What the AI sees

To write and revise your draft, your answers are sent to our AI provider — the service that generates the text — solely for that purpose. They are used only to produce your eulogy, and they are never used to train AI models.

Who else sees your words

Nobody. We don't sell, share, publish, or showcase anything you write. The only ways anyone else ever sees your eulogy are the ones you choose yourself — printing it, downloading it, or sharing a planner link with your own family.

Deleting your words

You can delete a eulogy at any time from your dashboard — that permanently removes its interview answers, drafts, and version history. If you'd like your whole account and everything in it erased, email accounts@ewmnow.com and a human will take care of it.

Questions

Write to accounts@ewmnow.com — a human answers, fast.

Terms, briefly

The service is free

Writing, revising, reading, and downloading your eulogy cost nothing, and always will. The optional Delivery Kit — the printed program insert and the full rehearsal tool — is a one-time, pay-what-feels-right purchase (from $9). No subscriptions, no recurring charges.

Your content is yours

You keep every right to everything you write here and everything generated from it. Read it, print it, publish it, adapt it — it's yours, forever, whether or not you ever pay us anything.

Refunds, no questions

If you purchase the Delivery Kit and it wasn't what you hoped, reply to your receipt or email accounts@ewmnow.com — full refund, no questions asked.

One honest note

NancyWell is provided in good faith, as is. Please read your eulogy through before the service — you knew them best, and you always have the final word.
